Module of general purpose controller ES-15

The ES-15 module is a general purpose microprocessor-based controller assigned to implementation closed/open loop control functions with special taking into consideration turbine and other rotary machines area.

Specifications of ES-15 controller:

- eight (8) 4 to 20 mA analogue inputs, 12-bit resolution, converting accuracy 0.1%;

- sixteen (16) binary inputs; three (3) pulse rate inputs (current or voltage);

- six (6) analogue outputs; twelve (12) binary outputs, max. load capacity 100 mA;

- two (2) galvanically separated serial interfaces, RS-485/RS-232/RS-232, max. speed 115 kB;

- Ethernet interface, IEEE 802.3 Standard (10BASE-T);

- Protocols: MODBUS RTU, PROT15, other - as agreed with Customer;

- binary events stamped with astronomic time at 10 ms resolution;

- application program running time - max. 50 ms;

- measurement of rotary machine speed at resolution 1 μs;

- generation of rotary speed output signal to the "2 out of 3" voting algorithm.
